　　今日，A股钨业“大牛股”中钨高新发布的财报显示，今年上半年，公司营收同比增长超108%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比大幅增长超280%。股价方面，截至8月21日收盘，中钨高新年内累计涨幅超146%。　　与此同时，中钨高新还密集发布了多则扩产公告，公司控股子公司金洲公司拟将实施AI高速高频印制电路板用高精密微型刀具产能1.4亿支/年建设项目。中钨高新表示，随着全球AI产业呈爆发式增长，AI高速高频印制电路板用量快速增长及材质的变化，将带动高精密微型刀具需求量快速增长，金洲公司现有产能无法满足市场需求。

二 | 　　中钨高新上半年净利润增长超280%　　今日，中钨高新发布的2026年半年度报告显示，公司上半年实现营收163.85亿元，同比增长108.51%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为20.76亿元，同比大幅增长280.53%；扣除非经常性损益的净利润为20.53亿元，同比大幅增长324.17%。　　据悉，中钨高新今年第一季度净利润为9.21亿元，以此计算，第二季度净利润为11.55亿元，环比增长25%。　　关于营收大幅增长的原因，中钨高新在财报中表示，主要系本期钨相关产品价格较上年同期上涨所致。　　分业务来看，切削刀具及工具实现营收26.06亿元，同比增长53.2%，本期毛利率为39.62%，同比上升6.57个百分点，主要是受益于AI服务器、数据中心等高端PCB市场需求显著增长，公司持续优化产品结构，深化创新链与产业链融合，推进高附加值产品产能爬坡，超长径、涂层等微钻产品销量显著增长。　　其他硬质合金实现营业收入56.05亿元，同比大幅增长208.65%，本期毛利率为30.75%，同比上升15.48个百分点，主要是公司充分发挥全产业链优势，有效实现价格传导，叠加AI算力基建、通用机械及航空航天等高端制造领域需求旺盛，市场拓展成效显著，棒材、钻齿等下游合金产品实现量价齐升。　　难熔金属实现营业收入24.01亿元，同比增长88.46%，本期毛利率为18.08%，同比上升8.35个百分点，主要是公司依托全产业链优势，灵活调整产品售价，钨制品盈利能力提升。　　精矿及粉末产品实现营业收入53.16亿元，同比增长94.33%，本期毛利率为29.92%，同比上升3.92个百分点，主要是受钨精矿等原料价格同比上涨影响。　　财报显示，报告期内，出口收入30.63亿元，同比大幅增长134.17%，受原料价格上涨影响，中钨高新对棒材、钻齿、刀具等出口产品实施多轮调价，产品售价同比上涨，叠加客户加大备货采购力度，产品销量同步提升，共同带动出口收入增长。

三 | 　　大举扩产　　今日，中钨高新还发布公告称，控股子公司深圳市金洲精工科技股份有限公司（以下简称“金洲公司”）拟将实施AI高速高频印制电路板用高精密微型刀具产能1.4亿支/年建设项目，项目将在金洲公司深圳基地东区以租赁厂房方式实施，预计总投资1.9亿元，建设期一年，第二年达产。经初步测算，项目投资财务内部收益率（%）（所得税后）为14.55%。

四 | 　　中钨高新表示，随着全球AI产业呈爆发式增长，AI高速高频印制电路板用量快速增长及材质的变化，将带动高精密微型刀具需求量快速增长。金洲公司依托涂层技术平台和材料研发能力，已在该领域取得突破，并逐步成为金洲公司盈利增长的重要引擎之一。金洲公司现有产能无法满足市场需求。　　中钨高新指出，本项目建成后有利于金洲公司提升小直径、加长、涂层AI高速高频印制电路板用高精密微型刀具产能，提升市场占有率和盈利能力，巩固市场地位，具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。预计项目短期内不会对公司财务状况和经营成果构成重大影响。　　金洲公司还将实施多层板用精密微型刀具产能1.55亿支/年建设项目，预计总投资1.89亿元，资金来源为自有资金1.74亿元及银行借款0.15亿元。

五 | 项目将在深圳基地东区以租赁厂房方式实施，建设期一年，第二年达产。

六 | 经测算，项目投资财务内部收益率（所得税后）为12.78%。　　金洲公司南昌分公司也将实施131产品1800万支/年，中尺寸钻头2800万支/年，前工序半成品4.3亿支/年新增产能项目，预计总投资1.47亿元，建设期一年，第二年达产。经初步测算，项目投资财务内部收益率（%）（所得税后）为11.5%。

七 | 　　股价表现方面，中钨高新堪称“超级大牛股”，其股价自2025年4月的低点启动以来一路高歌猛进，今年6月23日股价创下113.7元/股的历史最高点，14个月累计涨幅高达12.5倍。
